This is a vintage pair of Kluson tuning machines in poor condition. The tuning machines still work and the gear turns, they just aren't aesthetically pleasing anymore. They are 1950s and we know this because of the lap steal they were taken off of, so they are very old and do have a ton of wear from being used so much but they still do what their intended to do.
