Dean Dave Mustaine Mako Glory Acoustic-Electric Guitar
The Dean Dave Mustaine Mako Glory is a signature Dean acoustic-electric guitar that Megadeth guitarist, vocalist and mastermind Dave Mustaine personally branded "Mako" because of its shark gill-shaped soundhole, shark teeth pearl inlays, and the dorsal fin-shaped bridge. It might be an acoustic six-string, but this thing surely can bite! The Dave Mustaine Mako offers a clear tone with versatile electronics and top-notch built quality.
Mr. Mustaine had personally used the Mako to record the intro of "The Hardest Part of Letting Go" track off the band's massively-successful 2009 album "Endgame." On the technical side, the Mako features a cutaway mahogany body with a spruce top, a slim mahogany neck with a 25-1/4'' scale and a high-end ebony fingerboard. The electronics department is nothing short of top-notch, as it features a compact, yet highly effective 4-band rotary EQ, a low-battery LED with a wide range chromatic tunes. The EQ allows great versatility, making this gorgeously decorated six-string not only turn heads in the crowd, but deliver a mean sound. The price is quite affordable seeing that this instrument has a name of a musical giant on it. List of specs and features is available below.
