This is a used Zoom R20 in mint condition. This product was only used a few times and has no marks, damage, or wear that affects it whatsoever. It still comes with the original box and still has the plastic covering on the screen, both manuals are provided along with the cloth bag that the product sits in, and the power adaptor. It works as intended too and is a great recorder for an excellent price!
