Kohala Akamai Ukulele with pickup
The Kohala Akamai includes a pickup inside the Ukulele so that you can plug it directly into an amplifier or sound system. It is available in the concert AK-CAE, Tenor AK-TAE or Baritone size AK-BAE at DC Music Store.
The Akamai are made of Eastern Mahogany wood. Kohala has crafted these to produce a clear and defined tone using chrome tuning keys that are geared, a Rosewood fingerboard, and handmade nylgut strings. The Akamai Ukuleles are a great value as they are made with quality that certainly rivals any uke in this price range.
