This is a used vintage 1965 Gibson J50 in fair condition. This guitar is old and was loved for many many years so it shows obvious wear everywhere. There is a forearm mark on the front of the body and belt rash on the back. There are various pick scratches and marks across the body. The back of the neck has noticeable scratches from capo placement throughout the years. The bottom also has holes drilled into it from a strap button and electronics placed into it, this can be seen in the photos. The most noticeable and most important note of wear is the repair of the head-stock that was previously broken off. This was refinished and fixed very securely and shows no signs of having any future affect. There is fret wear as well, making them even more flat than they already were originally but there are no major grooves for strings to catch on and cause buzzing. Despite all of this wear, the guitar still sounds and plays beautifully without any issues. It is stunning and old style and has been loved for plenty of years and is ready to be loved for many more. The ONLY thing that is NOT original is the tuners, everything else is original to the guitar.
